Vic is a coach, speaker and facilitator and uses improv as her main modality. Vic is passionate about comedy and play, and how they can create positive, lasting culture change and self-empowerment. UK-based Vic’s work is rooted in the values of confidence, creativity and collaboration, and is underpinned by her applied theatre Masters and 15 years’ training with a range of international teachers and schools. Vic is as passionate to work with financial institutions and corporates as academic organizations and non-profits, and she's as comfortable leading groups to success in the online space as in the room.
